Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in San Benito County, California. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
