Chef de partie — Montezuma County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Montezuma County, Colorado. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
