Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
