We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Island County, Washington. You will be based at an accident repair garage. You will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
