Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Kaduna South, Kaduna State. Day-to-day duties: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Full-time with occasional weekends.
