Industrial electrician wanted in Kern County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial electrician in Kern County, California. The job is in a power distribution substation. Day-to-day duties: • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams What we are looking for: • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state Full-time, day shift.
