We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer $170 per day plus benefits.
