Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Sherman County, Nebraska. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. Your main tasks: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
