Aluminium technician • Portage County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Portage County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles On the job you will handle: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
