Canteen cook wanted in Moody County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Moody County, South Dakota. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
