Rough terrain crane operator wanted in Anchorage Municipality

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Anchorage Municipality, Alaska. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. Day-to-day duties: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Six days a week, one day off.
