Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Benton County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
