PVC window assembler wanted in Toombs County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Toombs County, Georgia. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Full-time, day shift.
