Great opportunity: we are hiring an ironing operator in Saluda County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
