Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jackson County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
