Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Pawnee County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
