Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Norton County, Kansas. The job is in a natural stone fabrication unit. Day to day you will polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish. What we are looking for: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding 2+ years on the tools preferred.
