Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in Dubois County, Indiana. The role involves set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
