Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
