Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Mason County, Kentucky. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
