Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Jefferson County, Mississippi. Day to day you will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
