LGV Class 1 driver • Elliott County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Elliott County, Kentucky. You will be based at a container freight yard. On a typical shift you will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules. What we are looking for: • Valid digital tachograph card • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Confident with manual handling and load securing 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
