Vacancy available: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Conejos County, Colorado. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing You should have: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Full-time, day shift.
