Now hiring: commercial refrigeration engineer (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Levy County, Florida. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns The role involves: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
