Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Kalkaska County, Michigan. The job is at a paint and panel shop. On a typical shift you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
