Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
