Bakery assistant wanted in Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
