Halal butcher wanted in Gila County

Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Gila County, Arizona. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
