We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Polk County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
