Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Yell County, Arkansas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
