Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Volusia County, Florida. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox 2+ years on the tools preferred.
