Gas commissioning technician — Iwo

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Iwo, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Day-to-day duties: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
