Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Bedford, England. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces On a typical shift you will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; run load and overload tests with test weights; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy.
