Glass and glazing technician — Mecosta County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Mecosta County, Michigan. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. Day to day you will install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; install toughened and laminated safety glass; measure window and door openings and order glass to size. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
