Gas commissioning technician wanted in Lamar County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Lamar County, Alabama. The job is in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred.
