Waiter — Grand Traverse County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
