Urgent requirement: earthmoving plant operator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Callaway County, Missouri. The job is in an open-cast mine. You will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; check for underground cables and services before digging; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Understanding of safe digging near underground services 2+ years on the tools preferred.
