Immediate opening: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Jefferson County, New York. You will work at a busy body shop. Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes Full-time, day shift.
