Vacancy available: we are hiring a joiner in Marshall County, Alabama. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
