You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves write and edit G-code programs at the control; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
