Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Idanre, Ondo State. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
