Gas meter installer wanted in Tallapoosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
