Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Sakaba, Kebbi State. The job is at an automobile body shop. Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Full-time, day shift.
