Join our team: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Chippewa County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy decorating firm. Your main tasks: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
