Join our team: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Appomattox County, Virginia. The job is in a stone processing yard. The role involves shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; work from cutting lists and installation drawings. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
