Day to day you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
