Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (New York)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jefferson County, New York. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
