Steel erection rigger wanted in Pipestone County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Pipestone County, Minnesota. You will work at a power plant. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces You will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; read lift plans and method statements before starting; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
