Great opportunity: earthmoving equipment operator (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Sherman County, Kansas. You will be based on a road construction project. You should have: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
