What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Your main tasks: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
